Shipping & Delivery Policy


This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders purchased from our online store and complies with EU consumer protection laws and international cross-border trade rules.

1. Order Processing Time


All paid orders will be processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and official public holidays). Pre-order or custom-made goods follow the separate production lead time marked on relevant product pages.

Orders can be canceled free of cost before courier pickup. Once collected by logistics carriers, cancellation is unavailable, and related matters follow our return policy. All goods will be inspected and properly packed before shipment to avoid damage during transit.

2. Delivery Time by Region


All delivery durations are estimated and not fully guaranteed due to customs inspection, peak season backlog, extreme weather and force majeure beyond our control:

  • United States & Canada: Standard: 7–12 business days | Expedited: 3–6 business days
  • EU Countries & UK: Standard: 10–20 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: Standard: 8–14 business days
  • Other global destinations: Standard: 12–25 business days

3. Shipping Cost & Free Shipping Terms


Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout without hidden charges:

  • North America: Standard $4.99; Free shipping on orders over $59 | Expedited $12.99
  • European Union: Standard $6.99; Free shipping on orders over €65
  • Australia & New Zealand: Standard $7.99; Free shipping on orders over $75
  • Other areas: Flat rate $9.99 with no free shipping offer

Bulky, oversized or battery-containing items are excluded from free shipping promotions with separate freight fees shown on product pages. Original shipping cost is non-refundable for properly delivered signed parcels unless delivery mistakes are made by our store.

4. Customs & Import Tax


Shipments are delivered on DAP terms.

  • EU Orders under €150: Import VAT is collected at checkout via IOSS scheme; no extra tax upon receipt. Orders exceeding €150: Import duty and VAT shall be covered by buyers during customs clearance.
  • For all other countries: All local import duties, customs fees and related taxes are the purchaser’s sole responsibility. Customers must provide accurate recipient information for customs clearance; any loss from incorrect personal details falls on buyers.

5. Package Tracking & Lost Parcel Solution


A valid tracking number will be emailed to customers within 24 hours after collection by carriers for real-time shipment tracking.

Customers may file a loss claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date if the parcel is confirmed lost by logistics providers. We offer full refund or free reshipment once verified. We cover all freight expenses for our-side mistakes including wrong item delivery and missing goods.

6. Undeliverable & Refused Shipment


If customers reject delivery without justified reasons, refuse customs tax payment or packages are returned due to invalid address/failed pickup caused by buyers, round-trip shipping and clearance expenses will be deducted from refunds. Only product value will be refunded while original outbound shipping cost cannot be reimbursed after we receive returned items, and free re-delivery is not available.

7. Return Shipping Responsibility


  • Our liability: We bear all inbound and return shipping fees for defective, damaged or incorrectly shipped items and support free exchange, reshipment or full refund.
  • Customer liability: Buyers cover all return postage for returns from personal reasons such as dislike or wrong purchase.
  • EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal: EU consumers hold legal 14-day cooling-off period right to cancel orders. Customers pay return delivery cost for non-defective returns within the cooling period as required by EU law.

8. Excluded Shipping Territories


We do not deliver to sanctioned nations, war-affected regions and areas restricted by international logistics regulations. Orders submitted for unsupported destinations will be fully refunded and cancelled automatically.
